A. Enterprise & Account Data
When you register, request a demo, or license software via Authorized Partners: Name, email address, company name, phone number, geographic region, and billing details.
B. Operational Business Records
Financial vouchers, inventory catalogs, membership batches, and customer balances entered by your organization. All client data is encrypted and isolated per tenant.
C. Mobile App Device Information
Device model, operating system version, anonymous installation identifiers, crash logs, and network status to facilitate multiplayer matchmaking and performance analytics.
D. Diagnostic & Log Data
IP addresses, browser type, timestamp logs, error exceptions, and session telemetry used strictly for operational health monitoring and security audit logs.
Google Analytics (GA4) & Functional Cookies Policy
We utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate visitor metrics (such as page views, bounce rates, session duration, general device category, and geographic country). Google Analytics operates with IP anonymization enabled. We do not transmit sensitive passwords, financial records, or client ledgers to Google Analytics, and analytical data is never sold to third-party advertisers. Essential Functional Cookies: We also store lightweight functional cookies (specifically aqlign_theme to remember your Light/Dark theme preference and aqlign_cookie_consent) on your browser for up to 365 days.
3. Google Play Console Data Safety & App Permissions
In full compliance with Google Play Store Developer Policies and Data Safety requirements:
- No Sale of Data: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade personal or gameplay data to third-party data brokers.
- App Permissions: Our mobile apps (including AQLign LudoGoti) only request essential runtime permissions (such as Internet Access for multiplayer sync and Storage Access for saving local preferences and offline game states).
- Advertising & Third-Party SDKs: Where third-party services (such as Google Play Services or Firebase Analytics) are integrated, they collect only non-personally identifiable diagnostic identifiers under standard Google privacy terms.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our consumer mobile applications, including AQLign LudoGoti, are designed for general audiences and family entertainment. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a child under 13, we immediately delete such records from our databases.

7. Authorized Sales Partner Network Model
All regional onboarding, localized server installations, and on-premises client trainings are conducted under strict non-disclosure and privacy protocols by certified Authorized Sales Partners. Partners do not own client database keys and are legally bound to uphold AQLign privacy standards.
